4/25 Music Monday featuring Kendrick Lamar (Flying Lotus track), Tokimonsta, AlunaGeorge, and Drake.

This week in music has been a doozy! Our hearts were shattered when news came that genre-defying music mastermind Prince died last Thursday at the too-young age of 57. Then, Beyonce dropped her incredible visual album Lemonade this Saturday via HBO and Tidal. This morning, we woke up to news that soul singer Billy Paul (of “Me and Mrs. Jones” fame) had passed away at a less startling age of 81.

Our Spotify playlist features artists who were undoubtedly touched by all three of these incredible artists. Standout tracks include the amazing collaboration between Flying Lotus and Kendrick Lamar, “Never Catch Me.” Other standouts include “Put It Down (featuring Anderson .Paak & KRNE)” by TOKiMONSTA and brand new AlunaGeorge and Drake tracks.
