A quick one while he’s away ~

My my my what a crazy past few weeks this has turned out to be.  I installed two art shows last week (TWO!) and had a major project due.  I missed a freelance commission that I really wanted, and my parked car got smoooooshed by a reckless driver (who clearly just drove away, clearly).  Lesson learned: it pays to have collision insurance.  Which I did not.  Wahhh.. Wahhhhhh…  But I’m still finding time for you underneath the petty rubble!  It’s a good reminder that shit happens.  To all of us.  It doesn’t make us special, and it doesn’t mean that it isn’t fair.  But well, life isn’t fair.  And we have to remember that there are always always always people who have it a lot shittier than us.

Costume For The Day:

– Horizontally striped black & cream sweater that I always wear inside-out (what?  it looks better that way)

– Old Levis cut-off denim shorts

– Blue heather spaghetti strap ribbed tank top

– Black onyx stud earrings

– Faux Frye motorcycle-style ankle boots

Love you, mean it
